Read one page. Finish one task. Practice for ten minutes. Make one phone call. These little actions may seem insignificant in the moment, but repeated consistently, they can create meaningful change over time.
Don’t worry about doing everything today. Focus on doing something today. Progress is still progress, no matter how small the step may seem.
